Individualized Postpartum Support

Having postpartum support ensures that the mother tends to her main responsibilities postpartum which are resting, healing, and learning to nurse and bond with her new baby.

Older children are looked after while the dishes are being put away & laundry folded.

A weekly postpartum massage is provided. The baby is held while mama showers or baths in a herbal bath. Breastfeeding and pelvic care support is available.

Each visit will shift as mothers needs change and fluctuate. Older children are looked after while the dishes are being put away & laundry folded.

This service fills a need that is universal to ALL postpartum women and not a special luxury.
