“Melissa was a life saver in my post partum journey! She would come twice a week and provide meals, baths, body work for both me and my newborn, tea, yoni steams, peri bottle refills, dishes, laundry, much needed fridge clean outs, and healing company! I will forever be grateful for the services she provided, I highly recommend!”

“If you are looking for someone to help guide you through the beautiful but wild ride that is postpartum, Melissa will provide you with excellent service, love, and friendship. She's worth every penny and more.”

Individualized Postpartum Support

Having postpartum support ensures that the mother tends to her main responsibilities postpartum which are resting, healing, and learning to nurse and bond with her new baby.

Older children are looked after while the dishes are being put away & laundry folded.

A weekly postpartum massage is provided. The baby is held while mama showers or baths in a herbal bath. Breastfeeding and pelvic care support is available.

Each visit will shift as mothers needs change and fluctuate.

This service fills a need that is universal to ALL postpartum women and not a special luxury.

Planning to rest, heal and bond with your new baby 30-40 days postpartum and hiring help to ensure the success of your plan will positively transform you and your family’s life forever

This service helps to replenish what has been expended during pregnancy and birth, ensuring the vitality of the mother and her baby for years to come- thus positively impacting her family and community for life.

“After speaking with Melissa about planning for my postpartum time as a small business owner I am so grateful for the wisdom and encouragement she was able to share with me. Her combination of concrete knowledge and calming energy is very nourishing and I highly recommend working with her if you need help working through thoughts about pregnancy, birth, or postpartum recovery and parenting.”

“Melissa is a warm, caring, and knowledgeable doula who melded with my family brilliantly, especially my 4 year old daughter who greatly enjoyed her visits and the activities they would do together. As a person who doesn’t know how to ask for help, Melissa was wonderful at finding what needed to be done without my always having to say. And the food and treats she prepared were SO delicious! I also greatly appreciated the special mama moments; massage, bone holding, washing my hair, etc. We will be forever grateful to Melissa for caring for us when we needed it most and we miss her already!”
