Join us in Southern Vermont for an afternoon of preparing and cooking nourishing, nutrient dense foods. The class will take place in my home.
A great opportunity to connect with community and learn how to nourish yourself and your loved ones from conception to postpartum and beyond. Whether you are a beginner or experienced cook, you are sure to leave class with new friends and new inspiration for nourishment.
All meat and dairy will be from pasture raised animals from local, regenerative farms. All other ingredients will be beyond organic and locally sourced when possible.
We will cover:
the difference between meat stock and bone broth and prepare both
how to cook a large roast with juicy, flavourful meat falling off the bone
what foods are supportive for the entire birth continuum — including postpartum
how to either feed a large family or batch cook for a smaller family
how to prepare to receive nourishment yourself or for a dear one that is giving birth soon
how to prepare a delicious sweet treat that supports recovery after giving birth
how to recover from childbirth related depletion, even years later
why sourcing and quality matters
Children and babies are welcome. Please be prepared to take crying babies and restless children out of the kitchen during class time.
February 8th, 3:00-5:30
Space is limited to 10 adults. Class will take place in Whitingham, Vermont. Address given upon registration.

The nervous system is a big buzz word right now, and for good reason. Your ANS (autonomic nervous system) is always “on” sensing for safety, connection, or threat.
Your nervous system developed while you were growing in your mothers belly. And with epigenetic findings we now know that lineage patterns play a big role in the development of your child’s nervous system, beginning in your belly.
