Melissa did an excellent job of helping me learn to identify what my body was feeling. Her course gave me the understanding of how to "tap in and listen", a tool that every pregnant woman should have. If you are in the Vermont area do not pass up an opportunity to work with her. I am also impressed with her deep knowledge of herbalism and all things that support ease in pregnancy and postpartum. She is an essential asset to your birth journey.

Melissa is a wealth of knowledge and experience, it is a joy to work with her. Her mini course dives deep into the nervous system and finding safety within the body. It is a fabulous resource to learn/remember and remind ourselves how to self regulate. I highly recommend all that Melissa has to share.
